Deadlines
Assignments:
The assignment booklet must be completed and submitted to MREA within 5 months or less of enrollment.
Course Completion
Real Property Law must be completed within 6 months from the original course start date (including examination and rewrite, if necessary). No extensions are granted beyond this period. Real Property Law is one of two courses which must be completed within the first two years of registration as a real estate salesperson.
Prerequisite: Successful completion of Phase 3
