To become a Property Manager you have to take the Principles of Property Management, competency-based, course designed for property managers. This program recognizes the unique requirements of property managers, tenants, and landlords in an increasingly sophisticated marketplace. Tenants and landlords need, expect, and deserve different perspectives and expertise from property managers as compared with residential salespeople and brokers.
