Deadlines
- Assignments: The assignment booklet must be completed and submitted to MREA within 3 months or less of enrolment.
- Course Completion: Phase 3 must be completed within 4 months from enrolment date (including examination and rewrite, if necessary). No extensions are granted beyond this period.
Prerequisite: Successful completion of Phase 2

Program Description
This course covers the practical aspects of a career in real estate, including property evaluation or appraisal, forms, procedures, and responsibilities in negotiations with buyers and sellers, mortgage financing, and extensive practice in drafting offers to purchase (including both residential resale and condominium sales), listing agreements, and other documentation usual to the trading of real estate.
